Fetch a user document directly from the CouchDB content database by document ID.
Pulls a single user document out of the content_production_main database by its document ID. Handy for inspecting stored user state without going through the app.

Swap the user:<emplid> suffix to look up a different user. Pipe through jq for readable output.
